1. Who this is for

Iraada is for adults 21 and up — a hard floor, not a suggestion. We are built for Delhi-NCR first, run out of Delhi, India, and governed by Indian law. One account per person. If you do not meet the age requirement, or you already have an account, this is not for you yet.

2. The intent declaration

Before anything else, you tell us why you are here — and we treat that as a real gate, not a checkbox. Iraada is built for people looking for something serious. Wanting something casual is not a character flaw; it is just not what this account is for, and saying so honestly, right at the door, is the whole arrangement. Declare one thing and mean another, and we will close your account when it shows.

3. Your account, your photos

Your photos have to be your own, current, and clearly you — no stock images, no borrowed photos, nothing altered enough to count as a different face. Impersonating anyone, public figure or private person, is not allowed. No bots, and no accounts run by someone other than the person on the profile. One account per person; running a second one gets both removed.

4. Letters and conduct

A letter has to be something you actually wrote, about the person you are actually writing to — no copy-paste, no mass-sent openers, no AI filler standing in for you. Every like carries real words, at least 40 characters, about something specific in the other person’s profile — that is enforced, not a suggestion. Harassment breaks these terms outright. So does messaging that is plainly just casual or transactional despite what you declared coming in. Someone slower to reply, or not interested, gets to stay that way without being pushed.

5. Verification

Writing to anyone requires a verified profile — a live selfie, matched against your photos, checked by a person on our side rather than waved through by an algorithm. We may ask you to do it again later. Skip verification and you can still read every profile in your queue; you will not be able to write to any of them.

6. Moderation and enforcement

We can remove a photo, a letter, or an account that breaks these rules. When we do, you get an in-app notice explaining why — we do not remove things silently. Think we got it wrong? Reply to that notice; a person reads it. Report and block sit on every profile. Blocking is mutual: the moment it happens, neither of you can see the other again, anywhere in Iraada.

7. Money

Iraada is free to use right now. A paid tier may launch later. If it does, you will see the price before anything is ever charged, and nothing that is free today gets pulled behind a paywall retroactively.

8. What we do not promise

We introduce you to people. What happens after that is between you and them. Meet new people safely — a public place for a first date is a good habit, not paranoia. We do not run background checks on anyone; verification confirms a face matches a profile and that a person looked at it, nothing about someone’s history, employment, or marital status. The judgement on who to trust, and how far, stays yours.

9. Liability, in plain words

To the extent Indian law allows it, Iraada is not responsible for what happens between members off the app, or for content someone else posts on it. If something we did wrong costs you money, our responsibility is limited to what is fair and reasonable for a free service — we are not on the hook for indirect losses, like a bad match’s cost to your evening. We are a facilitator, not a guarantee, and good judgement stays a two-way responsibility.

10. The formal bits

We can update these terms as Iraada changes. If a change is material, we will flag it in the app rather than bury it in an edit. Continuing to use Iraada after that means you accept the update. These terms are governed by the law of India, and any dispute goes to the courts of Delhi.
